- Prepare, monitor, and report daily cash flows across all entities.
- Track actual inflows and outflows against budget/projections and flag variances or funding gaps to management promptly.
- Debtor Reconciliation & Adjustment:
- Perform timely adjustment and knock-off of debtor balances against billing in SAP.
- Maintain accurate Excel reconciliations and resolve unallocated receipts or balance mismatches.
- Net Current Assets (NCA) Management:
- Prepare monthly Net Current Assets (NCA) reports.
- Analyze trend movements and present key financial observations to management.
- Bill Discounting Operations:
- Identify eligible invoices for bill discounting.
- Coordinate with sales teams for required documents, confirmations, and accurate record-keeping.
- Track realization of discounted bills to ensure timely settlement.
- SAP Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement SPOT Customer Knock-off in SAP.
- Assist in requirement-gathering, testing, and user adoption to minimize manual effort and improve transaction accuracy.
- Daily Collection & Receivables Monitoring:
- Prepare and circulate daily collection reports.
- Monitor customer collections against targets and highlight overdue or outstanding amounts for timely follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance. Candidates with CA Inter / CMA Inter qualifications will be preferred.
- Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounts receivable (AR), credit control, or finance operations. Prior exposure to bill discounting and working capital management is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Working knowledge of SAP (FI/AR module).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Reconciliations, MIS reporting).
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, receivables ageing, and working capital concepts.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong integrity, and effective communication skills to coordinate across sales, finance, and SAP IT teams.
