DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead a group of scientist for assay development, optimization and validation for bacterial, viral, recombinant and conjugate vaccines.
2. Must have demonstrated experience in the development of assays for Vaccine characterization, release and stability testing
3. Develop all types of assays for characterization of final drug product formulations and method validation as per the regulatory guidelines
4. In-depth knowledge and understanding of biochemical, immunochemical, cell-based, and chromatography-based analytical methods and possess strong scientific & technical skills
5.



Thoroughly analyze results and methods, solve analytical problems, and troubleshoot assays
6. Understanding and practical knowledge of GLPs as applied to analytical requirements
7. Perform method transfer to other QC laboratories
8. Preparation and review of documentation for regulatory submissions
9. Solid interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats
10. Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and collaborate effectively with other team members
