DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead a group of scientist for assay development, optimization and validation for bacterial, viral, recombinant and conjugate vaccines.
- Must have demonstrated experience in the development of assays for Vaccine characterization, release and stability testing
- Develop all types of assays for characterization of final drug product formulations and method validation as per the regulatory guidelines
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of biochemical, immunochemical, cell-based, and chromatography-based analytical methods and possess solid scientific & technical skills




- Thoroughly analyze results and methods, solve analytical problems, and troubleshoot assays
- Understanding and practical knowledge of GLPs as applied to analytical requirements
- Perform method transfer to other QC laboratories
- Preparation and review of documentation for regulatory submissions
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats
- Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and collaborate effectively with other team members
