Role & responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for managing E-commerce logistics and demand planning from the Central Warehouse, with a strong focus on ensuring product availability and optimum fill rate across 21 CFA locations pan India.

The role will act as a key coordination point between the MT/E-commerce Sales Team, Central Planning Team, Logistics Team, CFA Team and Plant Team to ensure timely availability of products, effective inventory deployment and smooth order fulfillment.

Candidate Profile

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / MT logistics and demand planning preferred.
3. Good understanding of demand planning, inventory management, distribution and logistics operations.
4. Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing and Manufacturing.
5. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel,



SAP and planning/MIS tools.
6. Ability to work with large data sets and convert analysis into actionable decisions.
7. Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a robust customer-service orientation.

- Fill Rate %
- Product Availability %
- Stock-out %
- Order Fulfillment %
- OTIF
- CFA Inventory / Stock Cover
- Pending Orders
- Dispatch & Delivery TAT
- MIS and performance updates to management.

The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring the right product is available at the right CFA at the right time, enabling high MT/E-commerce fill rates through effective demand planning, inventory deployment and coordination among Sales, Planning, Logistics, CFA and Plant teams.
