Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.

· Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows.

· Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rules.

Hands on experience on apex classes, trigger.

· Support integration with external systems (SAP, Azure middleware, REST APIs).

· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

· Assist in deployment activities and setting management.

· Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features as needed.

· Design and deliver Salesforce training programs for end-users, developers, and testers.

·Create training materials, user guides, and documentation tailored to business processes and customizations.

· Support onboarding of new team members and promote best practices.
