- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across multiple industries.

- Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.

- Conduct candidate calling, initial screening, and profile evaluation as per the client's job requirements.

- Understand the (JD) and identify candidates based on required skills, experience, industry exposure, and other criteria.

- Manage PAN India recruitment for different locations and positions.

- Work on International recruitment mandates and coordinate with candidates across different geographies, wherever required.

- Handle recruitment mandates across multiple industries and functional domains, providing exposure to diverse hiring requirements.

- Conduct candidate discussions to assess communication, interest, suitability, notice period, compensation, and location preferences.





- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups and interview scheduling.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

- Negotiate and coordinate regarding salary expectations, joining timelines, and offer-related discussions.

- Maintain accurate candidate information, interview status, follow-ups, and hiring updates in recruitment trackers/ATS.

- Achieve assigned recruitment targets/KRAs and ensure timely closure of positions.

- Build and maintain a solid candidate database/network for current and future requirements.

- Develop understanding of different industries, job functions, and market talent availability through continuous sourcing and recruitment activities.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
