Swarna Bharat TV is looking for an Executive Producer to help run our productions and support the growing client work at Swarnara Productions.
We’re a small team, so this role needs someone who can communicate clearly, organise people and follow through without repeated reminders. You’ll work closely with the founders to turn plans into completed work and keep them informed when a decision is needed.
What you’ll do
Drive hiring: Source and shortlist candidates, conduct initial conversations, coordinate assignments and interviews, keep candidates updated, and support onboarding.
Keep projects moving: Maintain schedules for SBTV shows and client work; make sure every deliverable has an owner, deadline and transparent next step.
Coordinate the team: Follow up with writers, editors, designers, artists, crew and freelancers; identify delays early and help resolve them.
Manage routine client coordination:
Track briefs, feedback, approvals and deliveries, and communicate agreed timelines and progress.
Organise production: Coordinate shoots, vendors, resources and post-production handoffs. Track quotes, expenses and paperwork for review.
Update the founders: Share concise progress updates, flag risks early and bring possible solutions when something is blocked.
Who we’re looking for
You have at least 2 years of experience in production coordination, media operations, an agency, a content studio or a similar project-facing role. You are comfortable handling several priorities at once, communicate well in Hindi and English, and have a track record of getting work finished with people.
