Summary

Position Summary The Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) manager leads execution within one or more process areas, delivering initiatives and outcomes while managing stakeholders and progress day to day. The role partners with senior leaders to redesign and reimagine workflows — including the evaluation and use of new technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate — drives continuous process improvement and applies financial and business-case analysis to ensure that reimagined processes are both effective and cost-optimized.

This role manages people and stakeholder relationships directly, and is accountable for the quality, pace, and outcomes of their assigned process area(s).

Work you'll do

As an Executive Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team, you will be responsible for:

- Leading execution of transformation initiatives within assigned process areas from research and design through prototyping, implementation, and stabilization
- Partnering with senior leaders to redesign end-to-end workflows, including technology, artificial intelligence-enabled tools, operating model considerations, and talent or role implications, while accounting for enterprise-wide impact
- Managing and developing team members and cross-functional contributors by providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance feedback
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across business, operations, and enabling functions while managing expectations, escalations, and communication of progress
- Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and employee or customer experience, and conducting financial and cost-benefit analysis to validate business cases
- Tracking initiative progress, risks, dependencies, benefits realization, and governance requirements, and escalating issues and decisions as needed

The team Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) focuses on improving operational effectiveness, driving transformation execution,



and enabling scalable, consistent, and high-quality outcomes across the organization. The team works across process areas to strengthen governance, improve delivery discipline, and embed more efficient ways of working, including AI-enabled support for reporting, risk visibility, action management, communications, training, and adoption.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required

- Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Technology, or Organizational Change
- 14+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, enterprise operations, organizational change management, operating model transformation, program leadership, or strategic business operations
- Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or enterprise operations initiatives
- Experience managing people and stakeholders
- Experience conducting financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis to develop or validate business cases
- Experience redesigning end-to-end workflows, operating models, or service delivery processes
- Experience tracking program progress, risks, dependencies, and advantages realization

Preferred
- Experience evaluating or implementing digital, artificial intelligence, automation, or robotics tools in process transformation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies
- Experience with rapid prototyping, implementation, and stabilization of transformation initiatives
- Experience establishing governance routines, reporting cadences, or delivery standards for transformation portfolios
