WE ARE HIRING: EXECUTIVE – IMPORTS, PROCUREMENT & FOREIGN TRADE

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh — Work from Office
Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month (Gross)
Reports to: Head – Logistics & EXIM Operations
Key responsibilities
- Obtain and compare overseas supplier quotations
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
- Verify proforma invoices and commercial documents
- Coordinate import freight, insurance and customs clearance
- Prepare foreign-payment requests and bank documents
- Coordinate payment transfers with the Finance team
- Track supplier advances, shipments and delivery to the factory
Candidate profile
- 3–6 years of experience in imports or international procurement
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, landed-cost calculations and banking documents
- Experience dealing with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
- Robust Excel, documentation and communication skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Management or International Trade
