The executive will be responsible for making initial contact with responsible parties or their insurance companies to obtain contact information and payment status. The Demand Specialist will also review files prior to phone call to familiarize themselves with the claim. In addition, the Demand Specialist will match the collection data to prepare and mail collection packages to other insurance companies or responsible parties.

Communication skills – should be able to read, interpret business documents

• Conduct outbound communication to obtain claim and recovery-related information supporting recovery operations.
- Review,



validate, and compile supporting documentation required for recovery processing.
- Perform financial calculations and analysis to determine accurate recovery amounts.
- Prepare, generate, and issue recovery demand letters in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure recovery activities are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with operational requirements.

Qualifications

Graduation or diploma from a college or university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of education
