We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate – With 1.5+ years of Medical Coding Experience, expertise in Evaluation & Management (E&M;) coding and Denial Coding. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of coding, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex medical documentation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Thorough clinical knowledge on CMS guidelines, E&M; coding, Denial concepts, analyzing medical records and on Modifiers.
- Strong personal and professional ethics
- Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
- Must have strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
- Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders
- Maintenance and updating reports as required
- Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets
- Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required
- Work independently and as a team




- Liaison with the program/project manager as required
- Good team player & team-oriented in approach
- Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company
- Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Any bachelor’s degree
- Any science graduate is preferable
- Active CPC/CCS Coding license

Experience:

- E&M;, Denial coding experience is mandatory
- Good Knowledge of Major, Minor surgeries and Surgical guidelines

Communication Skill:

- Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:

- 40 hours per week as Full-time employee
- Shift time: 8.00 AM TO 5.00 PM IST
- Weekends Off
