Execute day-to-day production activities for sterile injectable products as per approved production schedules. Perform and supervise manufacturing activities such as solution preparation, filtration, compounding, filling, sealing, visual inspection, and related operations, as applicable to the facility. Ensure manufacturing activities are performed according to approved BMR/BPR, SOPs, and validated procedures.

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and systems used in injectable production. Ensure proper line clearance, equipment status, area clearance, and cleaning activities before starting operations. Monitor critical process parameters and ensure they remain within approved limits.

Maintain strict compliance with cGMP, aseptic practices, gowning procedures, and contamination-control requirements. Ensure proper environmental and personnel practices within classified areas.



Perform activities related to aseptic processing under applicable procedures and controls.

Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of raw materials, components, and packaging materials. Complete batch manufacturing records and other production documentation accurately and contemporaneously. Report deviations, abnormalities, equipment issues, and process-related incidents to the appropriate supervisor.

Support investigations, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and change-control activities. Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Microbiology for smooth batch execution. Ensure proper handling and transfer of materials into and out of classified areas.

Follow applicable procedures for equipment cleaning, sterilization, sanitization, and maintenance.
