Executive Chef / Kitchen Head

We are a legendary Calicut restaurant with a legacy since 1949, operating at two locations — Beach and HiLITE Business Park.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef / Kitchen Head to lead our complete kitchen operations and workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage kitchen operations across both branches.
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team systematically.
- Manage manpower, discipline, productivity, and daily kitchen processes.
- Maintain consistent food quality, recipes, hygiene, and presentation.
- Lead R&D;, new product development, menu innovation, testing, and standardisation.
- Control food cost, wastage, inventory, and kitchen efficiency.
- Develop SOPs and strong kitchen systems.
- Coordinate with management,



purchase, and service teams.
