About the Role
Saburi Ply is looking for a smart, organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director who can provide day-to-day administrative, coordination and reporting support to the Director.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, good command of MS Excel and MS Office, and the maturity to handle confidential information and multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, MOMs and maintain action-item trackers.
- Follow up with concerned departments on tasks assigned by the Director and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, presentations, trackers and business updates.
- Collect information/data from different departments and consolidate it for management review.
- Draft skilled emails, letters, reports and official communications.
- Maintain important documents, records and files in an organized manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and other requirements for the Director when required.
- Handle confidential business information with complete discretion.
- Monitor pending tasks and provide timely reminders and updates to the Director.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Finance, Operations and other departments as required.
- Assist the Director in preparing presentations and management reports.
- Perform other executive coordination and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Trainee, Executive Coordinator, Admin Executive or similar role.
- Candidates with experience supporting senior management/directors will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working from the Kolkata Head Office.
- Freshers with exceptionally strong communication, Excel and coordination skills may also be considered.
Compensation
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
