You’ll be more than a coordinator: you’ll be a trusted extension of leadership, helping shape priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless execution across teams and geographies.

What You’ll Do

- Own the Director’s calendar with precision—balancing priorities, blocking focus time, and optimising availability.
- Proactively prepare for meetings: draft agendas, assemble background materials, and anticipate questions.
- Track action items post-meeting and ensure follow-through across teams.

- Collaboration
- Serve as the Director’s “eyes and ears”—monitoring progress on key initiatives and escalating blockers early.
- Build strong relationships across departments to keep projects moving and decisions aligned.
- Act as a trusted liaison, ensuring clear, consistent communication between leadership and stakeholders.

- Transform raw inputs into compelling reports, presentations, and management summaries.
- Maintain a clean, searchable knowledge base—making information easy to retrieve and reuse.
- Support business reviews, strategy sessions,
and investor communications with polished deliverables.

Qualifications &
- Experience
