We are looking for a sharp, numbers-driven candidate. In this role, you will convert product recipes (BOMs) into accurate client costings, calculate theoretical nutritional tables, and support daily executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Costing & Quotations: Take raw Bills of Materials (BOMs) from the R&D; team, calculate per-unit production costs (raw materials, packaging, losses), and provide accurate pricing to the Business Development team for client quotes.
- Nutritional Calculations: Calculate theoretical Nutritional Information (NI) tables (calories, protein, carbs, fats, etc.) based on raw material technical specs and recipe percentages.
- Executive Assistance (EA): Work directly with the Founder to track cross-department tasks, prepare Excel MIS reports, draft meeting notes, and follow up on key business action items.

Key Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong Excel Skills: Hands-on proficiency with formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS) and basic pivot tables.
- Robust Mathematical Aptitude: Quick with unit conversions (grams, kg, percentages) and commercial math (yields, margins).
- High attention to detail, organized, and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
