Key Responsibilities• Handle complete group travel requirements from enquiry to execution
- Prepare itineraries, quotations and costing for Europe, UK & Scandinavia groups
- Coordinate with overseas DMCs, hotels, transport suppliers and other service providers
- Manage group operations, confirmations and on-ground requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of group tours and timely resolution of operational issues
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents and partners
- Coordinate between Sales, Operations and overseas suppliers
- Handle multiple group movements simultaneously while maintaining service quality
? What We’re Looking For✔️ 3+ years of relevant experience in international group travel
✔️ Strong hands-on experience in Europe, UK & Scandinavia groups
✔️ Good knowledge of European destinations, hotels, transportation and sightseeing
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔️ Strong negotiation and costing abilities
✔️ Ability to manage groups independently from planning to completion
✔️ Experience working with B2B travel agents / DMCs will be an advantage
