Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Excel Trainer role based in Hyderabad for a 7-day training engagement.

The Excel

Trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions covering Excel fundamentals, advanced functions, data analysis, and practical business use cases.

Responsibilities include preparing training materials, exercises, and assessments, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and providing hands-on guidance to learners. The trainer will evaluate learner progress, offer constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams or client stakeholders to align training content with organizational needs and ensuring a professional, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, charts, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Experience designing and delivering instructor-led training, workshops, or corporate learning programs.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, using practical examples and step-by-step demonstrations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to plan and conduct sessions effectively over the 6-day schedule.
- Experience working with diverse learner groups and adapting content for different skill levels.
- Previous experience as an Excel Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar training role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in Excel or data analysis is an added advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Hyderabad.
