Key Responsibilities

Strategy &

- Client Pitches

- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to develop cost-effective activation strategies for client and IP-led events.

- Support client presentations and pitches with innovative event concepts and execution plans.

Event Planning &

- Project Management

- Plan, budget, and manage end-to-end execution of BTL activations, MICE events, exhibitions, and rural marketing initiatives.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.

Event Execution

- Lead seamless on-ground execution, including logistics coordination, creative development, and event operations management.

- Drive exceptional attendee and brand experiences.

Vendor &

- Venue Management

- Build and maintain a strong network of vendors, agencies, and venues across key markets.

- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and cost optimization.

- Possess strong understanding of event costing and budget controls.

Innovation &

- Trend Mapping

- Stay updated on emerging event technologies, production trends,



and experiential marketing innovations.

- Leverage new-age solutions to create impactful brand experiences.

Process &

- Stakeholder Management

- Ensure timely event documentation, PO creation, vendor onboarding, and payment processing.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Programming, and Sales.

Compliance &

- Reporting

- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare post-event evaluation reports, including performance analysis, learnings, and recommendations.
