About The Studio The Studio is a modern community-driven destination bringing together wellness, creativity, learning, entertainment, and culture under one roof. We host yoga classes, dance workshops, music sessions, wellness experiences, community events, corporate programs, artist collaborations, performances, and educational activities.

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and relationship-driven professional who can help build The Studio from the ground up by creating partnerships, generating revenue, curating programs, and developing a thriving community ecosystem.

Position Summary The Business Development &

- Partnerships Manager will drive business growth, increase studio utilization, establish strategic partnerships, onboard instructors and performers, and create revenue-generating programs for The Studio.

This role requires someone who enjoys networking, building communities, developing partnerships, creating events, and converting opportunities into sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in wellness, fitness, yoga, events, hospitality, coworking, education, entertainment, or community-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development &

- Revenue Growth

Drive revenue through classes, workshops, events, memberships, rentals, and partnerships.

Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline.

Identify and convert new business opportunities across wellness, education, entertainment, and corporate sectors.

Generate bookings for studio spaces and increase occupancy rates.

Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Partnerships &

- Community Building

Onboard yoga instructors, fitness coaches, wellness practitioners, dance trainers, musicians, artists, and workshop facilitators.

Develop strategic relationships with

Schools and educational institutions

Residential societies and communities

Corporate organizations

Create partnerships that increase awareness, footfall, and recurring business.

Program &

- Event Development

Curate regular yoga, meditation, dance, music, wellness, and learning programs.

Plan and execute community engagement activities.

Develop recurring programs that increase member retention.

Marketing &
