About BeastLife

BeastLife is a fast-growing D2C performance nutrition and wellness brand built around Performance Without Fear. We are looking for an experienced Events & Sponsorships professional to build high-impact brand experiences across events, fitness, sports, HORECA and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end planning and execution of brand events, activations, launches and experiences.
- Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorship opportunities and brand partnerships aligned with BeastLife.
- Build relationships with event organisers, sports/fitness platforms, HORECA partners, gyms, communities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute HORECA activations, sampling programs, product placements and brand visibility initiatives.
- Manage event budgets, vendors, agencies, production partners and on-ground teams.
- Drive event concepts, branding, consumer engagement and execution quality.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Influencer, Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track event performance, ROI, leads,



consumer engagement and post-event insights.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Must-Have

- 4–7 years of experience in Events, Sponsorships, Brand Activations, Experiential Marketing or related roles.
- Strong experience in sponsorship management and event execution.
- Exposure to HORECA, fitness, sports, wellness, FMCG/D2C or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Solid vendor, agency and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and be present on-ground for events.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to evaluate cost, visibility and ROI.
