UTSAV Decor is looking for an energetic and experienced Event Manager to lead our teams and ensure seamless execution of events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment, managing people, coordinating operations, and bringing events together successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee complete event execution from setup to completion.
- Lead and coordinate on-ground teams during events.
- Manage vendors, staff, and external partners.
- Ensure all décor and production requirements are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor event timelines, quality, and operational requirements.
- Handle on-site challenges and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure every event is executed according to the planned concept and standards.
