About the role:
We're looking for someone who has led events from brief to execution and can guide others to do the same.
You'll own the events & experiences vertical: the ideas, the delivery and the people behind them. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 people.
You'll be expected to:
- Lead events from concept to closeout across client briefs.
- Guide and mentor the events team.
- Manage budgets, vendors, partners and production timelines.
- Be the senior point of contact for clients on event work.
- Work with creative, strategy and creator teams to build integrated experiences.
- Stay calm when things go sideways, and make sure they don't for long.
- Build the vertical, including processes, partners and standards.
The Details
- Experience: 3–4 years
- Location: DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon
- Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible), Mon–Fri. Event days may run longer.
- Type: Full time
- Salary: ₹60,000/month
