Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours: 9 hours/day with 1 weekday off per week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences
- Coordinate and support events and operations
- Assist with VIP and high-profile guest services
- Escort and coordinate guests during events
- Handle customer interactions and operational requirements
- Support game operations and event activities
- Promote services and assist with sales
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and composure under pressure
- Team-oriented approach
- Professional grooming and presentation
