Key responsibilities:? Develop creative concepts for weddings, celebrations, and events
? Create décor themes, layouts, and visual concepts
? Understand client requirements and translate them into creative ideas
? Prepare mood boards, design references, and presentation concepts
? Work closely with production and execution teams
? Ensure concepts are practical and suitable for in office execution
? Explore new décor trends, themes, materials, and creative possibilities
What we’re looking for:✔️ Strong creative and visualization skills
✔️ Experience in event décor, interior design, event design, or a related field
✔️ Good understanding of layouts, aesthetics, colors, and spatial design
✔️ Ability to communicate and present creative ideas
✔️ Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful experiences
