About the role:
We're looking for someone who has worked on events before and wants to own more of them.
You'll help take events from concept to closeout, working with clients, vendors and our creative teams.
You'll be expected to:
- Plan and execute events, from brand activations to private experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, artists and production teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets and run-of-shows.
- Be the on-ground point of contact on event days.
- Work with creative and strategy teams to turn ideas into experiences.
- Handle post-event wrap-ups, reports and learnings.
The Details
- Experience: 1–2 years
- Location: DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon
- Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible), Mon–Fri. Event days may run longer.
- Type: Full time
- Salary: ₹35,000/month
