What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on Europe/UK IT Recruitment experience
- Robust exposure to Europe recruitment
- Good understanding of European work authorization and hiring practices
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across European markets
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and databases
- Handle screening, submissions, interview coordination, and offer closure
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Recruit across markets including Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Sweden, Ireland, Poland, and other EU countries
