We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer with solid expertise in Python and Selenium automation, combined with exposure to data engineering and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading automation initiatives, managing stakeholders, and driving quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, ensuring efficient resource planning and delivery execution.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, business stakeholders, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Create and execute automated tests for web applications, APIs, and ETL/data pipelines.
- Participate in test strategy, planning, estimation, and defect management activities.
- Drive CI/CD integration and test automation best practices across projects.
- Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Selenium automation.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts and data validation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of ETL testing and associated processes.
- Experience in API testing and automation.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and command-line operations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Experience with Playwright using Python.
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
- Exposure to modern test automation and DevOps practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
