Role & responsibilities
- To Manage day to day Operations and Maintenance of the Campus including Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Fire Safety and other infrastructural needs.
- To ensure proper security and safety arrangements and coordinate with security agencies.
- To plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- To coordinate emergency situation like electrical failures, water issues, fire incidents and other property related matters.
- To support Repair, Construction, Renovation and improvement in infrastructural needs of the campus.
Preferred candidate profile UG/PG Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in any relevant discipline.
With minimum 5 years of experience as Estate Officer/In charge/Manager in related fields.
