Estimation Architect Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project estimates and BOQs for restaurant and commercial interior projects.

Study architectural and interior drawings and prepare quantity take-offs.

Estimate costs for civil, interior, furniture, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other project works.

Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, and vendors for accurate costing.

Obtain and compare vendor quotations and support rate negotiations.

Prepare cost comparisons, budgets, and project cost reports.

Track project costs and ensure work is within the approved budget.

Review drawings and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements





3–7 years of experience in estimation/costing for commercial interiors or hospitality projects.

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and estimation.

Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, or commercial interiors preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
