Role : Zoho Developer

Total Experience : 4 - 6 years

Location : Estuate Office, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

Work Mode : In-office, all 5 days (no remote / hybrid).

Joining : Immediate joiners only (by 1 October 2026).

Working Hours : 3 - 4 hour overlap with US client hours.

Role Summary :

You will build and unit-test assigned epics inside Zoho applications as part of a delivery pod. Most of your work is configuration and Deluge customization in CRM and Creator, plus integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Zoho CRM and Creator : custom modules and fields, layouts, validation rules, workflows, blueprints and approval flows.
- Write Deluge custom functions, scheduled functions and button actions to implement business rules.
- Build Creator forms, reports, pages and customer-portal screens for dealer self-service.
- Call and consume REST APIs and webhooks from Deluge or Catalyst Functions, handling errors and retries.
- Build reports and dashboards in Zoho CRM or Zoho Analytics as assigned.
- Unit-test your work, prepare test data, and fix defects raised in QA, SIT and UAT.
- Follow the team's standards for naming, sandbox-to-production promotion and documentation.
- Take part in daily stand-ups,



planning and code reviews.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on Zoho CRM customization : modules, workflows, blueprints, custom functions, roles and profiles.
- Zoho Creator app building : forms, reports, workflows; customer portals a plus.
- Solid Deluge scripting.
- REST API and JSON basics, including OAuth 2.0 for Zoho APIs.
- Worked on at least one production Zoho implementation.

Positive to Have :

- Zoho Catalyst Functions (Node.js or Java) and Data Store.
- Zoho Books, Desk, Analytics, Flow or Sign.
- JavaScript, SQL, or experience with a payments, billing or finance application.
- Zoho certification.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Interview Process :

- Screening call (30 min) : experience, Zoho products used, notice period.
- Technical round (60 min) : live Deluge exercise plus a walkthrough of one past Zoho project.
- Design round (45 min) : design a Zoho solution for a scenario, for example a dealer credit-limit approval with a portal and an external API.
- Manager / HR round (30 min).
