We are hiring a ERPNext / frappe Developer for one of our clients in the health and wellness sector.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext / Frappe Developer to join our technology team in Surat and take ownership of the continued development, customization, integration, and improvement of our ERPNext ecosystem.

ERPNext is a core part of our business operations and is currently used across Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and B2B CRM, with plans to expand our ecosystem into Frappe HR and additional internal business processes.

Our ERPNext environment is already integrated with:

· Amazon Marketplace through Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)

· Shopify D2C Store

· Shopify B2B Store

· Other internal and external systems

You will work closely with our technology and business teams, as well as our existing ERPNext implementation partner, with the objective of building strong in-house ownership of the platform.

What You'll Do

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext applications using the Frappe Framework.
- Design and maintain custom Frappe applications using upgrade-safe development practices.
- Build and customize DocTypes, controllers, workflows, reports, dashboards, notifications, print formats, and business logic.
- Work with Frappe document lifecycle events, hooks, permissions, and role-based access controls.
- Develop integrations using Frappe REST/RPC APIs, external REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Maintain and improve existing integrations with Amazon SP-API, Shopify D2C, and Shopify B2B.
- Build reliable asynchronous integrations using Frappe background jobs, queues, schedulers, retries,



and appropriate failure handling.
- Troubleshoot order synchronization, inventory, customer data, API, queue, and integration issues.
- Work across ERPNext modules including Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, CRM, and related business processes.
- Support future implementation and customization of Frappe HR.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into reliable ERPNext workflows and automation.
- Identify repetitive/manual processes and automate them where appropriate.
- Build operational reports and dashboards for different business teams.
- Handle data imports, migrations, reconciliation, validation, and data-quality issues.
- Debug Frappe application, database, API, worker, scheduler, and integration issues.
- Support ERPNext/Frappe upgrades and ensure custom applications remain maintainable and upgrade-safe.
- Maintain technical documentation covering customizations, integrations, workflows, and system architecture.
- Work with our ERPNext implementation partner on complex requirements and implementations.
- Gradually become an internal technical owner of the company ERPNext ecosystem.

Must have skill

- Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
- Strong knowledge of Python and working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience developing custom Frappe applications, not only configuring ERPNext.
- Positive understanding of DocTypes and Controllers,



Document lifecycle and hooks, Frappe ORM, Frappe Query Builder, Roles and Permissions, Workflows, Background Jobs and Queues, Scheduler Events, Server-side and client-side development, Reports and dashboards
- Experience with Frappe REST/RPC APIs, REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
- Good understanding of data integrity, transaction handling, idempotency, error handling, and integration reliability.
