Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirunelveli for an ESI EPF Filing specialist. The role involves preparing and filing ESI and EPF returns in compliance with statutory timelines and regulations. The specialist will maintain accurate employee records, update wage and contribution details, and coordinate with payroll to ensure correct deductions and remittances.

Responsibilities include resolving ESI/EPF-related queries from employees, liaising with government portals and agencies,



and keeping documentation and reports organized for audits and inspections. The role also requires staying updated on changes in labor laws and social security regulations and supporting HR and finance teams with related compliance tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of ESI and EPF regulations, statutory compliance, and government portal filing procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in data management, record-keeping, and documentation for employee contributions and statutory reports.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Excel and other office software tools for payroll coordination and compliance tracking.
