We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full ERP implementation lifecycle — from requirements validation and solution design through configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

This is a senior, hands-on project management role requiring strong experience in Odoo implementations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate internal business and IT teams

Upon completion of the project, this role will head the company's ERP development Competence Center.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Odoo ERP implementation project from initiation through successful go-live and stabilization.

Develop and maintain the overall project plan, milestones, dependencies, resources, budget, and delivery roadmap.

Define and manage project scope and establish an effective change management process.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely mitigation and escalation.

Establish clear project governance, reporting, decision-making, and escalation mechanisms.

Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Manage the functional backlog and prioritization of ERP requirements.

Required Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT/ERP project management,



including responsibility for complex ERP implementation projects.

Proven experience managing at least one full-cycle Odoo ERP implementation, from requirements and solution design through go-live.

Strong understanding of ERP processes across areas such as e-Com, Order Management, Inventory/Warehouse Management, Finance and Master Data Management.

Experience managing Odoo customizations, integrations, APIs, and data migration.

Experience coordinating distributed business and IT teams.

Strong risk, dependency, scope, budget, and change management skills.

Experience preparing project status reporting and presenting project progress, risks, and decisions to senior management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Skilled working proficiency in English.

Direct experience implementing Odoo ERP in a multi-company and/or multi-country environment.

Experience working with internal Odoo development teams.

Understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, customization principles, APIs, and upgrade considerations.

Experience with international ERP rollouts.

Experience with warehouse/logistics and accounting system integrations.

Experience building an internal ERP competency or support team.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or comparable project management certification would be an advantage.
