Role Description The ERP, Accounts & Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, Bihar, responsible for managing and strengthening GramBask’s ERP, accounting, manufacturing, payroll, and statutory compliance processes. The role will take ownership of the day-to-day administration and optimization of Odoo ERP, including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing/MRP, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and related modules.

The manager will work closely with manufacturing, sales, procurement, warehouse, administration, and management teams to establish an integrated workflow across sales, procurement, inventory, production, dispatch, accounting, and reporting. Responsibilities will include managing financial transactions, ledgers, invoicing, receivables,



payables, bank reconciliations, payroll, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

The role will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining manufacturing processes such as Bills of Materials (BOM), raw-material consumption, production orders, finished-goods tracking, inventory reconciliation, and production reporting. Additional responsibilities include managing compliance documentation, supporting audits, preparing management reports and MIS dashboards, maintaining accurate ERP master data, supporting activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, and identifying opportunities for process automation and operational improvement.

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of ERP adoption across the organization, train users, document processes, establish internal controls, and ensure that operational activities, financial records, manufacturing data, and statutory requirements remain properly aligned.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly Accounting, Manufacturing/MRP, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, CRM, and HR/Payroll modules.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial administration, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, expense management, and MIS reporting.
- Practical experience in manufacturing ERP workflows, including Bills of Materials, production orders, raw-material consumption,



finished-goods movement, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, statutory compliance, accounting documentation, and audit requirements in India.
- Experience managing or supporting employee payroll, attendance, salary processing, statutory deductions, and HR-related ERP processes.
- Knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including registrations, bidding/tender processes, order management, invoicing, and related compliance, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, dispatch, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to configure, improve, and troubleshoot ERP workflows and identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and operational control.
- Experience preparing management dashboards, financial reports, inventory reports, production reports, and other MIS for leadership decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with Tally Prime in addition to Odoo will be a significant advantage.
- Ability to train employees, drive ERP adoption, prepare SOPs, and work effectively with cross-functional manufacturing and office teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Accounting, GST, Tally, Odoo, ERP, CMA/ICWA, CA Inter, or related areas will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, paper, hygiene, or similar operational workplace is strongly preferred.
