The ER Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient care activities within the Emergency Department, ensuring smooth patient flow, timely admissions, effective communication between departments, and an excellent patient experience. The role serves as a liaison between patients, attendants, doctors, nursing staff, and support departments to facilitate effective emergency care services.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate emergency patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Assist patients and attendants with registration, admission formalities, and required documentation.
- Facilitate communication between doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and support services.
- Monitor patient movement and ensure timely completion of investigations, procedures, and consultations.
- Keep patients and attendants informed regarding treatment progress and service updates.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
- Coordinate bed allocation and admission processes for patients requiring hospitalization.




- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Follow up on diagnostic reports, specialist consultations, and interdepartmental requirements.
- Support emergency response activities and ensure smooth operational workflow within the ER.
- Maintain high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Prepare departmental reports and maintain operational records as required.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate / BHM / MHM / MHA / MBA Hospital Administration.
- 1–5 years of experience in Emergency Department Coordination, Patient Services, Hospital Operations, or Front Office.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,545.46 - ₹30,000.00 per month
