Equity Dealer

Qualifications & Skill set Required:

● Good knowledge of stock market trends and trading practices

● Familiarity with equities, mutual funds, and other financial instruments

● Experience in finance, preferably in investments and portfolio management

● Good communication skills

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools

● NISM certification

● Engage directly with clients for trade execution, addressing inquiries and concerns related to trades and investments.

● Perform onboarding calls and handholding for recent clients, ensuring smooth integration and support for the first 3 months.

● Execute trades in the terminal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the trading manual and regulatory guidelines.

● Coordinate trade approvals and prepare necessary documentation, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.

● Review trades, credit balances, and client portfolios, focusing on accounts with no recent trades (3 months or more).

● Analyze and update stock trend sheets and client portfolios, including equity modification sheets and CRM updates.

● Regularly assess portfolios, identifying underperforming stocks or those with excessive weightage, and recommend necessary adjustments.

● Track and review monthly trades, especially for NRI clients,



ensuring accurate portfolio and database updates.

● Take buy-in from clients for monthly investments and strategize ways to build and strengthen their portfolios.

● Keep clients informed on upcoming IPOs, UPI ID collection, bidding data, and other relevant investment opportunities.

● Collaborate with the Mumbai Research Team and Vaibhav Jain to enhance portfolio performance and generate stock recommendations.

● Update and monitor equity sheets, trade sheets, payment reminders, dormant accounts, and monthly infusions.

● Track daily trade volumes, pending trades, and approvals on the dashboard for accurate reporting.

● Prepare and distribute portfolio reports to clients, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.

● Conduct research on stock trends and equity recommendations, formulating ideas and presenting them to clients for potential trades.

● Provide market updates and roundups to key clients, helping them stay informed of current market conditions and opportunities.

● Ensure process efficiency within the Equity Department, reviewing SOPs, manuals, and Kaizen initiatives to optimize workflow.

● Continuously monitor and mitigate risks in trading and investment strategies to protect client portfolios.

● Ensure full compliance with SEBI guidelines and all regulatory standards in the trading and investment process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
