Role Description The Equity Advisor role at SBI Securities is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur.

The Equity

Advisor will guide clients in equity investments, provide timely market insights, and support portfolio construction aligned with clients’ risk profiles and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with clients, responding to investment queries, executing trades on their behalf, and monitoring portfolio performance. The role also involves promoting suitable investment products,



collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues, and adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

The Equity

Advisor is expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to branch-level sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of investments and portfolio management, including equity markets and related instruments.
- Knowledge of finance fundamentals and market dynamics to interpret data and provide appropriate investment recommendations.
- Sales skills to identify client needs, cross-sell relevant products, and achieve business growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in broking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles is preferred.
