Role Description Are you passionate about advancing equality, diversity and inclusion in Higher Education? We are seeking an experienced Equality Charters Manager to lead the development and delivery of the University's equality charter agenda, including major institutional submissions such as Athena Swan, Race Equality Charter, and other sector-wide equality frameworks.

In this influential role, you will provide expert advice to senior leaders, lead evidence-based equality initiatives, analyse complex data to inform policy and practice, and work collaboratively across faculties and qualified services to drive meaningful cultural change.

About You

- Significant experience of developing and delivering equality charter applications and action plans.
- Expert knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion legislation, best practice and sector frameworks.
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.




- Proven ability to write high-quality reports, policies and strategic documents.
