Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an EPR City Head located in Hayathnagar. The EPR City Head is responsible for managing city-wide EPR operations, including fostering partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, overseeing waste management systems, and running community awareness programs. The role also involves regularly reporting on progress and identifying areas for operational improvement to align with the organization's environmental objectives.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee city-wide EPR initiatives and drive results
- Proficiency in planning, execution, and monitoring of waste management systems and related projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster partnerships and promote environmental awareness
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and EPR compliance standards
- Analytical skills for data interpretation, reporting, and decision-making
- Self-directed professional with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in waste management, sustainability, or EPR-related operations is a strong advantage
