Your role is to take IDEASHACKS from:

business → investment-ready → investor pipeline → fundraising → capital deployment.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands deals, capital and execution.

What You'll Do

- Own and execute IDEASHACKS' fundraising strategy across equity, debt and structured capital.
- Build financial models, projections, valuation scenarios and investor materials.
- Identify and build relationships with VCs, PE funds, family offices, strategic investors, lenders and other capital providers.




- Build and manage the investor pipeline and drive conversations from first contact to closure.
- Lead fundraising processes, due diligence, investor data rooms and follow-ups.
- Evaluate new locations, ventures and partnerships from a commercial and capital perspective.
- Work directly with the Founder on capital allocation, expansion strategy and strategic finance.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in Investment Banking, PE/VC, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Deal Advisory or Fundraising.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and deal-structuring skills.
- Experience working directly with founders, investors or lenders.
- At least one completed fundraising, financing, M&A; or investment transaction that you personally worked on.
- Ability to independently build an investor pipeline and take conversations forward.
- Strong communication, negotiation and execution skills.
- An existing investor/lender network is a plus.

We are looking for someone who can think like an investor, operate like a Founder’s Office qualified and execute like an investment banker.
