About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - ERP Upgrade to support the delivery of a large-scale NCR Retalix ERP upgrade program.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, risk and issue management, project reporting, and overall delivery tracking across business and technology workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing ERP upgrades, implementations, migrations, or enterprise technology projects and should be comfortable working with cross-functional business and technology teams. Experience in retail, grocery, convenience, food & beverage, or multi-store environments will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP upgrade projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Coordinate across business teams, IT, store operations, finance, merchandising, supply chain, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain project-level RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions, and escalations.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, KPIs,



milestone tracking, and project health reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure deliverables, timelines, and dependencies remain on track.
- Support and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Coordinate business readiness, stakeholder communications, training, and process documentation.
- Track project budgets, resource allocation, vendor spend, forecasts, and financials.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and drive timely resolution of open issues.
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and coordinate mitigation plans.
- Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization, including issue tracking, resolution, lessons learned, and project closure.
- Ensure project documentation and PMO governance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- 7 years of overall professional experience in Project Management, PMO, ERP implementation, technology delivery, or enterprise transformation.




- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management or PMO roles.
- Proven experience managing ERP upgrades, implementations, migrations, integrations, or enterprise technology projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, RAID management, risk and issue management, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with NCR Retalix or other retail ERP / retail technology platforms.
- Experience managing Retalix upgrades, implementations, migrations, or integrations.
- Experience in retail, grocery, convenience, food & beverage, or multi-store environments.
- Familiarity with POS, ERP, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, finance, and store systems.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Power BI.
- Experience working within a structured PMO / project governance environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
