Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Consultant is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting clients in optimizing their business processes through effective ERP solutions. This role involves assessing client requirements, mapping current workflows, and recommending ERP configurations that align with operational, financial, and strategic goals.

The consultant will participate in ERP implementations, including system setup, data migration, testing, and user training, while collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, the ERP Consultant will analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot system issues, document best practices, and provide ongoing advisory support to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.



The role also includes staying current with ERP trends and contributing insights to enhance PInterview’s offerings for professionals seeking ERP-related interview preparation.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and design, with the ability to translate operational needs into ERP solutions.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and ERP implementations, including configuration, testing, and user training.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for diagnosing system issues, interpreting data, and recommending process improvements.
- Understanding of finance-related processes and their integration within ERP systems.
- Experience working as an ERP consultant, business analyst, or similar role in technology or consulting environments.
- Comfort working in a fully remote setting, with strong self-management, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Interest in mentoring or coaching professionals on ERP and business process topics is an advantage.
