Job Role & responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure architectural compliance and support strategic initiatives.

- Monitor and enforce adherence to architectural standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Facilitate architecture reviews, audits, and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

- Promote a culture of governance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the enterprise architecture function.

- Support the evaluation of suitable technology solutions aligned with architecture standards.

- Support the formalization of architecture deliverables such as blueprints, heat maps, and other artifacts.

- Assist in architecture analysis and study efforts, including problem statements, objectives, and areas for improvement.

- Engage stakeholders and contributors,



communicating architecture strategies and insights effectively.

- Assist in meeting preparation, organization, and minute-taking to ensure effective communication.

- Support follow-up and tracking of action items to ensure their timely completion.

- Contribute to metrics campaign activities, including organization, process updates, and preparation.

- Collect metrics data, perform quality checks, and ensure consistency for accurate reporting.

- Assist in the preparation of metrics dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-makin

Technical Skills, Experience & Qualification required:-

- 7-10 yrs of experience

- Robust understanding of AI

- Experience in Enterprise Architecture / TOGAF exposure

- Experience in Governance or compliance experience

- Experience in Architecture reviews/audits participation
