Pay: ₹200 – ₹300 per hour

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

About the Role

We are looking for confident and experienced English Trainers to conduct English language and communication skills training for college students under the Naan Mudhalvan programme.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, activity-based sessions that help students improve their English communication, vocabulary, grammar, speaking skills, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct English Essentials and Communication Skills training for college students.
- Deliver interactive classroom sessions using activities, discussions, role plays, and practical exercises.
- Develop students' Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills.
- Teach essential grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
- Help students build confidence in spoken English and professional communication.
- Conduct assessments, activities, and practice sessions as required.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality while handling college batches.
- Follow the prescribed training curriculum and programme requirements.

Requirements




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / Education / Communication or a relevant field.
- Prior experience in English language training, communication skills training, soft-skills training, or college-level teaching preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate college students.
- Trainers with TEFL/TESOL/English language training certifications will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant qualifications may also be considered.
