Role Description The Engineering Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based at The Fern Residency, Parbhani. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, guest rooms, mechanical and electrical systems, and safety equipment.

The Engineering

Supervisor plans and allocates work to the engineering team, monitors progress on repair and upgrade projects, and ensures compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to address facility issues promptly, managing service contractors, maintaining records of maintenance activities,



and monitoring energy and resource usage for efficiency. The role also involves supporting renovation or construction activities within the property, responding to emergency maintenance needs, and training team members on standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Engineering Management capabilities to lead the engineering team and oversee daily operations.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Construction skills to plan, coordinate, and support renovation or upgrade projects within the hotel.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma/degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) is preferred.
- Experience in hotel or facility engineering, building maintenance, or property management is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance practices, and energy management is an advantage.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
