Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day project coordination and operational activities related to prototype build programs.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support successful proto build execution.

- Track project schedules, parts readiness, shipment status, and key deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and delays.

- Prepare and communicate regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, project processes, and organizational standards.

- Support planning and execution activities to ensure timely completion of proto build milestones.

- Travel to manufacturing plant and supplier locations within and around Pune as required for build support and coordination.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Qualification – Diploma / B.E.



/ B-Tech Mechanical / equivalent.

- Experience Range – 2 to 4 Years.

- Basic knowledge of Sheetmetal and other manufacturing processes.

- Basic proficiency in Creo for reviewing engineering data and drawings.

- Experience in project coordination or project management activities.

- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.

- Valuable problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent planning, scheduling, and execution skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
