We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead backend & frontend development teams and drive end-to-end enterprise application delivery.
Key Skills:
Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, MongoDB, Vue.js, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Git.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams and manage people, projects & delivery
- Drive architecture, code reviews, system design and technical best practices
- Manage Agile/Scrum, production support and critical issue resolution
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security and timely delivery
Qualification: Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
Experience: 812 years with 2+ years in team handling
Added Advantage: FinTech / Payment Gateway experience
