SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Deliver design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform Analysis and design of Multi Storey Buildings

Develop design reports and review drawings.

Coordinate with other disciplines.

Support design optimization for economy.

Assist in technical discussions with clients.

SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS

Internal Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction : To coordinate with Interdisciplinary teams for accurate coordination and timely deliverables.

External Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction : To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design approvals.

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications :



Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)

Language Skills : Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)

Experience

Years of Experience : 6–8 years in structural design.

Nature of Experience : Multi Storey Building Design, team leadership.

SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLE

Technical Skills

ETABS, SECURE, STAAD.Pro.

IS (mandatory), AISC & Eurocodes (Preferred)

Reinforced Concrete Design and Composite Structure design (Preferred).
