Role: Engineering Manager (Looking Java Experience)

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Experience in FinTech,Banking, Payment Gateway or Financial Services is preferred

Roles & Responsibility

- Lead and manage a team of software developers.
- Handle team management, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive application development using Java and Angular.
- Manage project delivery, sprint planning, and technical execution.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Review code and ensure development best practices.
- Handle production issues and critical technical challenges.

Preferred Candidate

- Solid experience in Java,Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience in Angular,JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Good knowledge of Microservices, Hibernate/JPA and SQL databases.
- Good understanding of System Design and Software Architecture.
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling/technical leadership experience.
